How to pay for my order?

You may pay for your order via:

  • Gcash
The Gcash payment option will be seen once you check out and be redirected to the Ipay88 payment gateway web site. Customer should choose the e-wallet and G Cash option. 
  • Credit Card and Debit Card

We’ve partnered with IPAY88 so you can make secure, convenient, and reliable payments via credit card or debit card.

Is it safe to transact with my credit card?

Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. It is encrypted and transmitted through 128-bit Secure Socket Layer straight to a top security electronic vault.

How long will my order be delivered?

Our standard shipping duration is 3-5 business days within Metro Manila and 5-7 business days in provincial areas. Delays may be expected while we are still under the General Community Quarantine. Our couriers are doing their best to pick-up and deliver orders in the shortest time possible.

Can I opt to have my item be picked up by GrabExpress/Lalamove?

You may book, pay for the shipping fee and arrange the pick-up at our Head Office located in 46 Joy St. Balingasa, Quezon City.

To apply this online, please choose “PICK-UP” as delivery method.

*Please give us at least 1-2 business days lead time excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays to prepare your order and kindly wait for our advice regarding the schedule before booking a pick-up.

Can I personally pick my order up from your Head Office?

Yes, we can arrange your order for pick-up.

Please choose “PICK-UP” as shipping method upon checkout.

Do you deliver nationwide?

Mi Store Online thrives to make all product offerings accessible to all customers in the Philippines. However, due to geographical restrictions and limitations, our in-house delivery or 3rd party team will only deliver the orders in the nearest serviceable area. If our delivery team won’t be able to reach your delivery area, you will be notified via text message and call.

Is COD (Cash on Delivery) available?

      While COD transaction is currently not being offered, our team is working hard to make this option available soon.
